We operate workshop and mobile tuning services by appointment in VIC, NSW, QLD, SA & WA. All trading is conducted in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law (ACL) — Your rights
Under the ACL, consumers have guarantees that services will be rendered with due care and skill, be fit for any disclosed purpose and provided within a reasonable time. If services fail to meet consumer guarantees, you are entitled to a remedy — including re-performance, refund or compensation for consequential loss in certain circumstances.
Choicejourney will assess any claim and offer appropriate remedies consistent with ACL and our standard terms. We will not exclude ACL guarantees where prohibited by law.

Warranty & Modifications
Choicejourney provides workmanship guarantees on services we perform. Any parts supplied will carry the supplier's warranty. Modifications (including ECU remapping, turbo tuning or hardware changes) may affect vehicle warranties from manufacturers — clients should check manufacturer warranty terms before authorising work.
We document changes and retain baseline files; restoration to stock settings may incur cost depending on the scope of work and availability of original data.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds for services are considered in line with ACL. If a service is not provided with due care and skill we will offer re-performance or a refund where re-performance is not possible or reasonable. Deposits for bookings may be non-refundable where third-party costs have been incurred and where such terms were disclosed prior to booking.
Limitation of liability & disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Choicejourney limits liability for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of our services or advice. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for any other liability which cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Performance figures, examples and images are indicative only. Actual results depend on vehicle condition, fuel quality, environmental conditions and driver behaviour.

We aim to resolve complaints within 30 days. If resolution is not reached you may pursue external dispute resolution or lodge a complaint with your state consumer protection agency or the ACCC.
